We excel at practical metrology, from scales, calipers,  gage pins & blocks, micrometers, feeler gages, radius gages, height gages, and more, to the use of part fixtures and analyzing the fit and function of the part.

WIth our Brown and Sharpe CMMs running on PC-DMIS CAD++, we can inspect parts in a free state or on a fixture and compare the results directly to the CAD model and part GD&T.

Utilizing the latest in Zeiss blue light scanner technology, we're able to analyze parts without probe touch inspection. We can also leverage the data collected to reverse engineer die steels and re-implement them into the die design.
